It’s official: Acapella is sold out!
And while we’re thrilled to celebrate this major milestone, we’re also feeling incredibly grateful—and maybe just a little nostalgic—as we reflect on everything this community has become.
When we first broke ground in Bend, we had a vision: to create a neighborhood that felt peaceful, welcoming, and connected. A place where people could slow down, settle in, and live life a little more fully.
Now, standing at the end of this journey, we’re proud to say that Acapella became exactly that—and more.
Over the past year, we’ve watched this community come to life one home at a time. From the first families who took a chance on a floorplan they hadn’t yet walked through, to the final buyers who scooped up the last available home, each of you played a part in shaping what Acapella is today.
We’ve seen driveways filled with bikes and chalk drawings, moving trucks unloading into new beginnings, and neighbors becoming fast friends over shared fences and evening walks. And while we built the houses—it’s you who built the community.
